Check out this great recipe for a gluten free fruit crumble from Mel Haynes (www.melhaynes.com.au).
500g 1cm dice cooked turkey breast
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 small rockmelon, 1 cm dice
2 banana peppers, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 Tbs sweet chili sauce
Juice of 1 lime
